Postoji razlog zašto se comfort food tako zove, ali teško će vršiti svoju utješnu funkciju ako nas mori grižnja savjesti svaki put kad popustimo niskim prehrambenim strastima. double chocolate MUG CAKE topped with allll the peppermint goodness. freaking WHAT the simplicity to deliciousness ratio on this is freaking UNREAL. 10 minutes in total to make the cake, throw some peppermint @getskinnydipped on top and you’ve got yourself heaven in a mug!! it’s a serious decadent combination of chocolate + mint. no gluten, dairy, or refined sugar! make this, seriously. also try @skinnydippedalmonds seasonal flavor.. you WON’T REGRET IT ♥️♥️ thanks to @sammyjaneeason for the recipe inspiration (and for being my bff ILYSM) ingreeeeeds: 5 heaping Tbs almond flour 3 Tbs coconut sugar 2 Tbs cacao powder 1 Tbs pecan butter 1 Tbs unsweetened almond milk 1 egg 1 Tbs coconut oil (melted + cooled) 1/4 cup @getskinnydipped peppermint almonds optional: melted white chocolate + candy cane :: mix together dry ingredients in one bowl. mix wet ingredients in mug. add dry to wet + mix. you can add chocolate chips or even almonds into the mix. microwave for 60 seconds. add @getskinnydipped on top and even some peppermint candy cane! drizzle white chocolate, optional. ENJOY #skinnydippedalmonds

No introduction needed. Be sure to save this post and if you give them a go let me know! Stay safe . CARROT CAKE CHEESECAKE MUFFINS . Ingredients: • 1 1/4 cup (150g) All Purpose Flour • 2.5 tablespoons (20g) Coconut Sugar – i get mine at @traderjoes • 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder + 1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon + 1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg + 1/8 teaspoon Ground Ginger • 1/8 teaspoon Salt • 1 egg • 2 tablespoons Coconut Oil • ~ 1/2 cup Carrot, shredded (100g) • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1/4 cup (30g) chopped walnuts • 1 small box of Raisins . Filling • 4 tablespoons ROOM TEMP. Light Cream Cheese • 2-3 tablespoons Sugarfree Confectioner Sugar (@swervesweetie ) OR regular confectioner sugar • 1-2 tablespoon almond milk . DIRECTIONS (makes 8 muffins) . 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a muffin pan with non-stick spray to avoid sticking. 2. In a mixing bowl, add all dry ingredients (flour through salt as listed above). Mix. 3. In a another mixing bowl, add all your wet ingredients (egg through milk). Mix. 4. Add dry ingredients to wet. Mix. Add in chopped walnuts & raisins *optional*. . 5. Finally, in a small bowl (last time, i swear) – add room temp. cream cheese, sweetener, and SLOWLY add almond milk a teaspoon at a time. Mix until you reach a thick frosting consistency. 6. Fill each muffin mold half way, place a dollop of your filling, cover again with muffin batter. 7. Bake for 12-14 minutes. Allow them to fully cool. 8. Try not to eat them all because you just found your favorite thing ever . Nutrition Info (for those interested) – 8g of fat / 21g of carbs / 4g of #protein . Feels goooood to be back ✌

VEGAN cinnamon pecan bars with homemade cream cheese frosting…. YUM x !! if you don’t have vegan cream cheese, no worries, the bars are just as delicious with a yogurt or a drizzle of maple syrup in a bowl, mix 2 cups oat flour 1 tsp baking powder 2 flax eggs (2 tbsp flax meal mixed with 6 tbsp water) 2 tsp cinnamon 5 tbsp liquid coconut oil 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1 cup chopped pecans batter should be quite sticky! bake at 350 degrees in an 8 x 8 for 25 min for the frosting, melt: 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese with 2 tbsp room temp coconut oil mix in 1 tbsp maple syrup if you don’t have vegan cream cheese, yogurt works but just warm the coconut oil and mix it in with the yogurt and maple syrup, not all three together!
